Elementary School Bell Schedule (PK-5th):
6:45-7:30 am: Early Morning Care ($7.50)
7:30 am: Before School Care (no charge)
7:45 am: First Bell (Class Begins)
7:50 am: Tardy Bell
3:15 pm: Dismissal
3:30-6:00 pm: After School Care ($15/day)

Secondary Bell Schedule (6th-12th):
7:30 am: Doors Open for Arrival
7:55 am: First Bell (Class Begins)
8:00 am: Tardy Bell
3:30 pm: Dismissal

WCS Community Service Documentation Log

All service learning/volunteer hours are subject to verification. It is the Student's responsibility to keep track of their hours. Service Logs must be turned in with hours worked for each 9-week period to be counted.

WCS BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE

We are first and foremost concerned with the safety of our students. Please review the following guidelines and make the necessary transportation arrangements.

ELEMENTARY

Before-School Care: The school will be open, and staff will provide supervision from 6:45 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for $7.50 per day.

After-school care (ASC) is available from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at a nominal fee.

• ASC will begin the first day of the school year.

• ASC fee is $15 a day and is due upon invoice receipt.

• ASC will not be available on school holidays, early dismissal days, or the last day of school.

Pick up time is promptly at 6:00 p.m. and parents are required to show an ID for the first few weeks of ASC. This protects the safety of our students.

If any person other than the parent or authorized persons on the child’s FACTS account is sent to pick up the child, then they will be asked to show a valid ID and will not be allowed without a phone call/email from the parent. If an emergency arises and a note/email cannot be sent please call the school office.

A $2.00 per minute late fee will be charged after 6:00 p.m. All late fees will need to be made payable to WCS and are due no later than 1 week following the late pick up or the student will be removed from the program.

SECONDARY

Classes begin at 7:55 a.m. Middle school students should arrive no earlier than 7:30 a.m. and report to the cafeteria.

High School and Middle School students are dismissed at the end of 8th period. The classrooms and locker areas are to be cleared within 30 minutes.
